Use of the Site The Site is intended for lawful use only. You agree not to use the Site in a way that damages functionality, interferes with other users, or violates any laws.

• You receive non-marketing text messages related to off-market property discussions with Superior Properties, Inc. Messages include responses to inquiries, follow-ups with real estate agents, property availability conversations, and coordination around potential deal discussions. Message frequency varies. No promotions or advertising.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (720) 670-2747. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
